FAQs
What's semi-cured gel nail stickers?
Semi-cured gel nails are thin strips of gel polish that come 60% cured. Since they’re strips, they’re flexible and can be adjusted to fit your nails. They can be fully cured under a UV lamp for 60 seconds, resulting in a sturdy, long-lasting dome shaped nail.
What's the difference between press-ons & SCB Gel Nail Sticker Kits?
Press-on nails, also known as glue-on nails.
Press-on nails are artificial nails made of acrylic resin with an adhesive sticker or glue that sticks to your nails. These are much more damaging to your nails and can leave them feeling thin, brittle, and parched. Especially if you use the glue to put them on or wear them for longer than one day.
Semi-cured Gel Nail Stickers -
Semi-cured gel nail stickers are gel nail polish in the form of strips or stickers that already come 60-80% cured. They are guaranteed to last longer than press on nails and are less damaging to the nails. Since they’re strips, they're also flexible and can be adjusted to fit your nail shape better.
What's different with SCB gel nail sticker kits VS other gel nail strips?
SCB Gel Nail Sticker Kits come 60% semi cured, requiring zero UV lamp which means healthier nails long-term! In addition, our nails are glossier and thicker thanks to our ultra-special printing technology. Not to mention, these designs are pretty bad-ass, no?
How long do they last?
Step 1: Prep
Rub those hands clean with soap and water, then use the alcohol prep pad to sanitise each individual nail. Every one.
Game-changing tip:
✔ 100% clean hands! That means they’re water-free, lotion-free, and oil-free.
Step 2: Select your size
Slowly rip off the top film from the nail strips, selecting the strip that matches the size of each of your pretty nails.
Game-changing tip:
✔ Bigger isn’t always better. If you’re unsure, go smaller so your cuticle line doesn’t get covered.
Step 3: Get Applying
Peel off the appropriate semi cured gel nail sticker strip and apply it firmly to your nail, ensuring it is positioned above your cuticle line and skin. Use the cuticle stick to push down strips against the cuticle line to prevent lifting. Make that sh*t smooth.
Game-changing tip:
✔ Avoid covering your cuticle line and the skin on the sides of your finger.
Step 4: Cut and Trim
Shape ‘em up using a nail file to trim and hone in on the perfect shape to match your nail size.
Game-changing tip:
✔ Choose one direction to file. Not back and forth.
✔ Struggling to file the strips with the nail file? Cut with nail clippers or scissors, then trim with a file for easier shaping.
✔ After trimming, ensure the strips perfectly adhere to the tip of your nail.
Step 5: Cure
To cure the strips and ensure a durable and glossy finish, use a UV lamp to cure the nails for 60 seconds. It’s that quick.
Game-changing tip:
✔ Grab your favorite gel top coat! Before curing, slap on a layer over the strip for the best results.

How do I apply the gel nail stickers?
Here are our 5 simple steps on applying our gel nail sticker strips!
Step 1: Prep Those Nails - Wash your hands and use an alcohol pad to clean each nail.
Step 2: Select Your Size - Slowly rip off the strip size that best fits you.
Step 3: Get Applying - Peel off the appropriate sized gel strip and apply it firmly to your nail, ensuring it is positioned above your cuticle line and skin. Use a wooden stick to push the strips on to your nails.
Step 4: Cut & Trim - Shape ‘em up using a nail file to trim and hone in on the perfect shape to match your nail size.
Step 5: Cure It - For some extra gloss and a longer-lasting shine, use a gel lamp to cure the nails for 60 seconds.
Can I reuse them?
You can't reuse the strips you used already, although, since our package comes with 20 strips, you could get 2 manicures out of them, as long as they have been kept faarrrr away from sunlight and in their package!
How do I store the semi cured gel nail stickers?
Our nails are already 60% cured, so they're almost at their prime. That means any additional sunlight can harden them further. To avoid the strips from hardening, store them away from sunlight, ideally back in their package and tucked away in a drawer or closed area.
If you forgot to store them away and the strips have already hardened, you can try blow drying the strips on hot air, a couple inches away from the strips to try softening them back up again.
